Your Skin’s Story

Oh beloved exterior organ!  Protective, sun kissed storyteller!

My skin wears the tell tale signs of housebuilding, pregnancy, sunny climates and rough sports.  But when I’m hydrated and well nourished - inside and out - it glows.  Truly.

It also signals my excesses - when I’ve had too much sugar or too little sleep.  When I’ve been fueling up on caffeine instead of life giving water and energizing teas, my skin erupts in protest.  Yes, even at 32, white spots and unruly black heads can dot the canvas of my face as if to alert everyone that my good body is out of balance.  Beware.  Be wary.  She’s off kilter.

I also notice when I put on too much weight, the pores on my upper arms become raised and fatty with oil.

The elegant cleansing system that is our skin never lies.

If you or your children suffer from acne, skip the skin care aisle at your local Walgreens or CVS.  The cosmetic counter won’t help either.  Nope.  Open your pantry cupboard instead.  Peer into your refrigerator.  Turn on the water.  Clear, radiant skin is not the exclusive privilege of dermatology clients or spa regulars.

Fran Kerr and her stellar team of homeopaths and naturopaths have demystified the quest for clear skin.  Her All Natural Intensive Acne Treament Program offers step by step instructions and coaching that’s worked to restore the balance and clarity of many an acne riddled body.

Your good body wants you to have glowing skin!  Pour yourself a tall glass of water, take a deep breath.  Your best outfit is your skin.
